cheia.md brings the search for a home in Chisinau into one place: listings, a map and district comparisons.

Search in Romanian, Russian or English, see prices in euros and lei, and reach the contact named on a listing.

Browsing and contact forms require no account and carry no fee from cheia.md.

Optional concierge service (1.5%), in preparation

Owner publishing is free. Optional help organizing paperwork for a notary is in preparation; you can register your interest in that separate service.

The planned fee is 1.5% of the price in the notarized sale contract, minimum 16,000 MDL, paid by the seller only after the notary authenticates the sale. Buyers pay no cheia fee and nothing is charged upfront. The scope, the written agreement and third-party costs will be confirmed before anyone signs up.

Illustrative calculation: for a sale at MDL 1,200,000, the fee is MDL 18,000. Below MDL 1,066,667 the MDL 16,000 minimum applies. This is not a quote or the total cost of a transaction.
