Delete your Cheia account

You can delete your account here without installing or opening the app. First verify your email, then request a separate code to confirm permanent deletion.

Deletion removes your profile, sign-in methods, web and app sessions, favorites, saved searches, blocks, reports you submitted, owned listings, and requests associated with your email or listings from the live service. Uploaded listing photos are queued for removal after any upload links expire. Removal cannot be undone.

Expired app sign-in codes are unusable after 10 minutes and expire after five incorrect attempts. App sessions expire after 30 days without renewal. Expired credentials are removed during sign-in and scheduled cleanup. Encrypted recovery copies may retain deleted information until their scheduled expiry, as described in our privacy policy. Photo links are valid for one minute; private photo responses are configured to be cached for one minute. Deleted photo versions may remain in private recovery storage for up to 30 days.
