Prepare materials you have permission to use
Use original photos and a description you wrote, or materials you have the right to publish. Do not download photos, contact details or descriptions from another platform to copy here. If a photographer or agency created the material, clarify your usage rights.
Prepare the price, area, room count, floor, condition and correct map position. A cadastral number is optional. Do not upload personal or ownership documents to the public photo gallery.
Create and review a private draft
Sign in and choose “Create a listing”. Enter the details, write at least 80 characters in one available language and upload between 1 and 30 photos. Saving a draft does not publish it.
Before publishing, confirm your email, add your phone number and check the price, map pin and images. Account checks do not certify ownership. Publish only as the owner or someone authorised to act for them.
Keep the listing current
Share the public link after publishing. Update the price and availability when they change, and withdraw the listing when the offer is no longer available. Accurate location details and recent photos help buyers decide whether to arrange a viewing.
Cheia does not automatically import ads from other platforms. For a portfolio or an authorised data feed, contact us before transferring anything so we can agree on rights, updates and removals.
